Rt. Hon’ble Onsari Gharti, Speaker, Legislature-Parliament of Nepal inaugurated the launching ceremony of ISSR in Kathmandu. A galaxy of distinguished scholars, Former Finance Minister, members of Parliament, Ambassadors and Diplomatic Personnel, high-level policy makers including Chief Secretary, and Secretary-General, Legislature-Parliament of Nepal, representatives from private sector and large numbers of media persons were present during the ceremony.
